The grapes were whole cluster pressed for gentle extraction and preservation of natural acidity. The juice was cold settled in tank and racked off
heavy lees. We inoculated 50% of the juice in stainless steel tank and 50% in oak barrels. after fermentation, all the wine was aged in used frenh oak barrels for 14 months. Creating sweet light oak notes with added depth melting to a long smooth finish
